Senior entrants require no minimum average. Summer league averages acceptable. Pro restrictions apply for all divisions. Guest bowlers must present a sanction card upon registration. Any bowler not having a card will be required to purchase an unattached membership. All events are USBC sanctioned. Senior entrants must be at least 50 years of age at time of competition. Classified bowlers must have a minimum average of 170, but not higher than 193 for a minimum 21 games BASED ON THE 2006-07 FINAL BOOK AVERAGE. PROOF OF ELIGIBILITY MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION. GUEST BOWLERS MUST BRING PROOF TO TOURNAMENT SITE AND PRESENTED PRIOR TO COMPETITION.
BOWLERS WHO FINISH WITH A 193 OR LESS AVERAGE FOR THE 2006-07 WINTER SEASON WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE CLASSIFIED DIVISION UNTIL WASA’S 2008 SCHEDULE. PREVIOUS CLASSIFIED MEMBERS WHOSE 2006-07 BOOK AVERAGE EXCEEDS 193 WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO BOWL CLASSIFIED EVENTS IN THE 2008 WASA SEASON.
Tournament format:
In the regular division, entire field will bowl a 6-game qualifying block. With qualifying pins carried over into the semi-final round, a minimum ¼ of the field will bowl an additional 3 games. Based on total pinfall for 9 games, the top six bowlers will advance to the finals. Top six finalists shall bowl each other in head-to-head competition, with a 30-pin bonus awarded for each win. The champion is that bowler who has compiled the highest actual total pinfall, plus the bonus pins. Tournament format may change at the discretion of tournament officials. All semi-finalists are guaranteed to cash.
The senior and classified divisions will bowl six games across scheduled lanes. The champion is that bowler who has compiled the highest total pinfall for those 6 games. In the event of a tie, a one game roll-off will determine the champion. Additional number of cash places will depend on number of entries.

Regular shorts, short shorts or denim jean shorts are NOT acceptable. Blue jeans are NOT permitted. Bowlers are required to wear a shirt with her name on back. Last name only is permitted.
