TOURNAMENT RULES

1. All 2007-2008 members who are certified by USBC are eligible to bowl this tournament.  Exempt PBA/WPBA members will not be permitted.  All bowlers must present their USBC membership cards upon check-in 30 minutes prior to start of their squad to confirm attendance and lane assignments.
2. This tournament will run in the strict accordance with the rules and by laws of USBC.
3. No entry money will be refunded if it is discovered that a team or individual has failed to comply with all rules of the USBC and rules of this tournament.
4. If less than 80 teams, prize fund will be reduced according to the number of entries.  Teams must consist of one male and one female 18 years or older.
5. There will be a dress code in effect.  All tournament participants must wear shirts with their name on the back.  No tank tops, cut off shorts, sweat suits or jogging suits will be permitted.  There will be a $5.00 fine for each violation complying with this rule.  All funds collected from the fines will be added to the prize fund.  NO EXCEPTIONS!!
6. It is the responsibility of each bowler to ensure that his/her scores are recorded accurately & signed by themselves and opponent on their pair.
7. In the event of ties in the step ladder finals, a ninth and tenth frame roll off will be used to determine who moves on.  This roll off will be bowled on a pair of lanes that neither bowler has used. A coin toss will be used to determine the order of bowling.  Total pins will determine the winners.
8. Any bowler using vulgar language, displaying disruptive behavior, unsportsmanlike conduct or abusing bowling center equipment, will be subject to disqualification from the tournament.
9. USBC Rule 330 will apply.  (A bowler must use the same hand to deliver the bowling ball throughout the tournament).
